It's all about struggles and our inner self.  The words talk about vanity, pride, wrong doing, all that have to do with our heart.  So many times we think that no one knows what we think or some other stuff too but the fact of the matter is God sees everything.  From our thoughts to our actions, God sees them.  In the second chorus, it says, "What would you do if He is watching you?".  We change how we talk, how we carry ourselves when we know our boss is around or a strict teacher is looking on.  In the same way, we need to see our lives as though God is there, seeing us at any time, all the time.  So, be good kids!
